BUD LIGHT® ULTIMATE FAN EXPERIENCE SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND SHALL ONLY BE CONSTRUED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The "Bud Light Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes") is open to residents of the United States (except CA), who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

2. Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on July 15, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Standard Time ("CST") on January 15, 2012 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is divided into six (6) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.

3. Two (2) Ways to Play: (a) Text or email from your cellular phone: Use your camera phone to take a photograph of the Bud Light SnapTag featured on signs or promotional materials at participating retail locations and send it to snap@budlight.com or if you are an Verizon Wireless, AT&T, or Alltel customer, send it to 95871 for your chance to win a prize (a "Play"). Participants must have a mobile phone with a camera feature to enter via this method; and may incur a standard text message charge from their wireless service provider for each message sent and received. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and other applicable charges. You may receive reply messages. Participants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges. Not all wireless carriers participate. (b) Email from your computer: Use your digital camera or camera phone to take a photograph of the Bud Light®SnapTag featured on signs or promotional materials at participating retail locations, upload the photo on your computer and send it as a jpeg file, less than 1MB in size, to: snap@budlight.com (also a "Play"). You will receive a reply email asking for your date of birth, complete name and address, and daytime phone number. You must send a reply email and be 21 years of age or older at time of entry to win a prize. All Plays must be received and recorded during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's designated official judging organization's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes. No other forms of entry are valid. Limit one (1) Play per person/email address and one (1) Play per person/mobile phone number per day. A "day" is defined as a twenty-four (24) hour time period beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. and ending at the following 11:59:59 p.m. (CDT or CST depending on the date).

4. Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and the NFL Entities (as defined below) and their respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, returned or undelivered entries, emails, text messages, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten, abuse or harass any person, or violate Sponsor's terms of service as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to the Sweepstakes database(s). Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods will void all such Plays, and may subject that entrant to disqualification. Neither the Sponsor nor its agencies are responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. Should any portion of Sweepstakes be, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, and randomly select the winners from valid Plays received prior to action taken, or otherwise as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Sponsor. Text message Plays will be deemed to have been submitted by the registered owner of the wireless number used to enter. In the event of a dispute regarding Plays received from multiple users having the same email, the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant, and must comply with these rules. The authorized account subscriber is the natural person who is assigned the email address by the ISP or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. All materials submitted become the property of Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and will not be returned.

5. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about each Drawing Date listed in Rule #2, from among all eligible Plays received during the corresponding Entry Period. Non-winning entries will carry forward to subsequent drawings. All drawings will be conducted by an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winner may not substitute or transfer prize, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with prize of equal or greater value. Limit one (1) prize per person.

6. All prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Plays received for a given Entry Period. If a randomly selected winner participated via text message, he/she will be required to respond to a phone call or text message within forty-eight (48) hours in order for the independent judging agency to capture winner's name and address or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for suspended or discontinued wireless service which may result in a potential winner not receiving initial prize notification. Winners will be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within seven (7) days of prize notification. Winners' guests must be at least 21 years of age as of the end date of the Entry Period for which the winner was selected and may be required to complete, sign and return a liability and publicity release within the same time period. In the event of noncompliance within any of these time periods, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any alternate winners selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner.

7. Employees and the immediate families of employees of Anheuser-Busch, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees and the immediate families of wholesale distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, all retail licensees and the NFL Entities are ineligible. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winners.

8. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

9. Prize details:

Entry Period #1 Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Green Bay, Wisconsin to attend the NFL Kickoff game on September 9, 2011. Travel dates: September 8, 2011 to September 10, 2011. Trip consists of two (2) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to the NFL kickoff game, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,200.00.

Entry Period #2 Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to New York City, New York to attend the 2012 NFL Draft. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, at a later date. Trip consists of three (3) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to each night of the NFL Draft event, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money. ARV: $4,500.00.

Entry Period #3 Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the 2012 Pro Bowl game. Travel dates: January 26, 2012 – January 30, 2012. Trip consists of four (4) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to the Pro Bowl game, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money. ARV: $4,500.00.

Entry Period #4 Prize (1): Winner will receive four (4) season tickets to the 2012 regular season home games of the NFL team of winner's choice. ARV: $4,000.00.

Entry Period #5 Prize (1): Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, Indiana. Travel dates: February 2, 2012 – February 6, 2012. Trip consists of four (4) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLVI, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money. ARV: $8,000.00.

Entry Period #6 Prize – Ultimate Fan Experience (1): Winner receives the following prize package:

• Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Honolulu, Hawaii to attend the 2012 Pro Bowl game. Travel dates: January 26, 2012 – January 30, 2012. Trip consists of four (4) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to the Pro Bowl game, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money.
• Trip for winner and three (3) guests to Super Bowl XLVI in Indianapolis, Indiana. Travel dates: February 2, 2012 – February 6, 2012. Trip consists of four (4) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLVI, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money.
• Trip for winner and three (3) guests to New York City, New York to attend the 2012 NFL Draft. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, at a later date. Trip consists of three (3) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to each night of the NFL Draft event, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money.
• Trip for winner and three (3) guests to attend the 2012 NFL Kickoff Game. Exact travel dates to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, at a later date and based on the date of the 2010 NFL Kickoff Game. Trip consists of two (2) consecutive nights double-occupancy hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms), four (4) tickets to the NFL Kickoff game, access to Bud Light sponsored events and $100.00 spending money.
• Winner will receive four (4) season tickets to the 2012 regular season home games of the NFL team of winner's choice.

ARV of Entry Period #6 Prize Package: $31,000.00.

For All Trip Prizes: All air transportation must originate and end at the gateway city nearest winner's home. Winner and his/her guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including passport or driver's license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner's responsibility. Event dates and seating assignments at an event are subject to availability and change at Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability and change. Any cash portion of prize will be awarded in the form of a pre-loaded debit card. Winner must comply with the terms and conditions as stated on the debit card. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner's responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. For all prizes: If winner cannot accept prize as specified, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Total ARV of all prizes is $55,200.00. The difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. In the event that the professional football season is canceled due to work stoppage such as a season-long strike or lockout; sponsor will substitute prize with a cash alternative of the ARV listed in these Official Rules.

10. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold Anheuser-Busch, Inc. and the NFL Entities (as defined below) harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules of this Sweepstakes.

11. For the names of the winners, hand print your name and complete address on a 3" x 5" card and mail to: Bud Light Ultimate Fan Experience Sweepstakes Winner's List, P.O. Box 3000, Young America, MN 55558-3000, for receipt by March 16, 2012.
